Reservations
I welcome your reservation all year round. I do have a two-night minimum stay requirement. There is a three-night minimum stay for major holidays. The rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
Deposits
All reservations must be held with a credit card guarantee. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. Your balance due will be charged 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancelling your reservation in advance of 10 days before your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 bookkeeping fee. If you should cancel your reservation within 10 days or less of your expected arrival, your payment will be returned to you less a $50.00 bookkeeping fee if, and only if, the cottage you reserved is rebooked for the same dates.
Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to this cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is 3PM or after...Check-out is 12PM or before!
Children
I welcome well-behaved children 14 and older.
Pets
I am unable to accept pets, no matter how well-behaved they are.
Smoking
Outside ONLY!!!
Parties
Sorry, parties are not allowed at either cottage.
Tours
Due to the high volume of e-mails, phone calls, cooking, cleaning, yard work, decorating and catering to guests I cannot push that aside to give tours of the property or cottages.
